What besides being HYP do you like to do (Hobbies)?

Work out, play basketball, volunteer, attend sporting events, boating and beaching, vacation, and hang with my family.

What do you like best about HYP, or if you’re a new member, what drew you to HYP?

The best part about HYP is the people.  Everybody is very welcoming.  It’s nice to see people with similar goals and professional attitudes.

Our President, Mr. Hill, is a funny guy; he’d like you to tell us a joke.  He’s always looking to add to his own collection.

Three men go hunting together.  A priest, a rabbi, and a monk.  As they lurk the woods with guns drawn, the men come upon a deer.  At the same time, all three point the gun and shoot, killing the deer.  The men argue for some time over who actually killed the deer, but no one is actually sure, so they call a detective.  After some extensive investigative work, the detective arrives at a conclusion.

“It was the priest,” exclaims the detective.

“How can you be so sure?” the other two ask.

“You see” says the detective. “The bullet went in one ear and out the other.”

How long have you lived/worked in Holland? Since January 2008

What besides being HYP do you like to do (Hobbies)? I love being around the water and especially boating. If it has a motor and a paint job I probably want one. I own a couple of pieces of rental property with my dad and enjoy the renovation we are currently doing on one of the houses, although I definitely look forward to its completion especially with summer almost here. I enjoy traveling near or far and would say the best trip so far was to Italy two summers ago.

What do you like best about HYP, or if you’re a new member, what drew you to HYP? The ability to meet and hang out with like minded young professionals that enjoy being in west Michigan.

Our President, Mr. Hill, is a funny guy; he’d like you to tell us a joke.  He’s always looking to add to his own collection.

This is an actual job application that a 17-year-old boy submitted to McDonald's in Florida... and they hired him because he was so honest and funny!

    NAME: Greg Bulmash.

DESIRED POSITION: Company's President or Vice President. But seriously, whatever's available. If I was in a position to be picky, I wouldn't be applying here in the first place.

DESIRED SALARY: $185,000 a year plus stock options and a Michael Ovitz style severance package. If that's not possible, make an offer and we can haggle.

    EDUCATION: Yes.

LAST POSITION HELD: Target for middle management hostility.

    SALARY: Less than I'm worth.

    HOURS AVAILABLE TO WORK: Any.

PREFERRED HOURS: 1:30-3:30 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

MAY WE CONTACT YOUR CURRENT EMPLOYER?: If I had one, would I be here?

DO YOU HAVE ANY PHYSICAL CONDITIONS THAT WOULD PROHIBIT YOU FROM LIFTING UP TO 50 LBS?: Of what?

DO YOU HAVE A CAR?: I think the more appropriate question here would be "Do you have a car that runs?"

HAVE YOU RECEIVED ANY SPECIAL AWARDS OR RECOGNITION?: I may already be a winner of the Publishers Clearing house Sweepstakes.

DO YOU SMOKE?: On the job no, on my breaks yes.

WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO BE DOING IN FIVE YEARS?: Living in the Bahamas with a fabulously wealthy super model who thinks I'm the greatest thing since sliced bread. Actually, I'd like to be doing that now.

DO YOU CERTIFY THAT THE ABOVE IS TRUE AND COMPLETE TO THE BEST OF YOUR KNOWLEDGE?: Yes. Absolutely.

    SIGN HERE: Aries.
